Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle telephonic, email and online website inquiry
• Book travel tickets including flights, hotels and cars as per client request, timely delivery of tickets
• Arranging special requests including seat requests, frequent flyer and meals. Deal with airlines and get updates with travel policies
• Manage Existing booking like Cancel tickets & follow for next booking
• Sorting out and answering all client inquiries
